Privacy, in plain words

This website is a static publication. It has no accounts, no comment system and no forms collecting your details today, so browsing it sends us no personal information about you.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare records standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) to keep the site online and safe, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. Anonymous, privacy respecting visit counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics help us see which guides people actually read. No advertising trackers run on this site.

When you message Suzy on WhatsApp or by email, your message lives in that service and is used to answer you. Tour enquiries are handled by Bao Son Travel, the licensed operator, for the purpose of arranging your tour. We never sell personal information, and we never add you to a mailing list without you asking.

Enquiry forms and optional analytics that ask for your consent are planned features. They switch on only after this page has been updated to describe them and the update has been legally reviewed. If anything here ever conflicts with what the site actually does, the site behaviour is what we fix.
