How reviews work here

Last updated 6 November 2026. Written in plain language on purpose.

Reviews are the easiest thing on the internet to fake, so this site runs them under strict rules, and publishes nothing until a review exists that meets them.

Only completed bookings

A review can only be written by a guest whose booking was completed: they booked, they paid, they went. After the tour, the guest receives a one-time review link tied to that booking. There is no public review form, and staff, friends and partner bookings receive no Verified booking label.

One review, honestly kept

Each booking gets one review. The guest may edit it once within seven days. The operator may publish one reply. Reviews are never edited by the site, never hidden for being negative, and never rewarded: no discount, gift or favour is offered for a review, in either direction.

Removal

A review is removed only for abuse, personal data, irrelevance or proven fraud, and removals are logged. Disagreement is never a reason.

Scores

Until real reviews exist, this site shows no star ratings and no review counts, anywhere. When ratings appear, they will be the plain average of the verified reviews on that page, with the count beside them.
